International Shipping:

  • Rates: Shipping rates vary based on the destination and weight of the package. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Typically, international deliveries take between 5 to 14 business days.

Local and Regional Shipping (Kenya):

  • Rates: Shipping rates vary based on the destination and weight of the package. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Local deliveries within Kenya typically take 1 to 3 business days. Regional deliveries within East Africa typically take 3 to 7 business days.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 12 PM (EAT) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
