1. Returns and Refunds

    • The item cannot be personalized or made to specifications.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized goods: Items that were specifically made or altered according to your specifications.

  • Clearly personalized items: Goods that have been clearly personalized, such as monogrammed or engraved products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email Notification: Send an email to our customer service team at refunds@westbrooke-fashion.com with the subject line “Return Request.” Include the following details:

    • Your order number

    • Your Invoice number

    • Item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for the return

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with detailed instructions on how to proceed. This email will include the return address and any additional information you need.

  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
