1. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Westbrooke Fashion. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 3 days of the purchase date for a refund. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
It must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition.
It must be in its original packaging.
The item cannot be personalized or made to specifications.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized goods: Items that were specifically made or altered according to your specifications.
Clearly personalized items: Goods that have been clearly personalized, such as monogrammed or engraved products.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Email Notification: Send an email to our customer service team at refunds@westbrooke-fashion.com with the subject line “Return Request.” Include the following details:
Your order number
Your Invoice number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours with detailed instructions on how to proceed. This email will include the return address and any additional information you need.
Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
